These were redesigned for Zaps M70s ONLY. The bar is thinner and the cam is modified. These may fit other Zastavas and other models if they do not have the blocker plate near the safety hole. Again, there should be no obstruction(frame) within 1" of the safety hole.
 
You can grind the cam to clear the plate(frame) but it's going to require work on your end if you want to make it happen. The AKM cam is beveled on the back to clear the plate.
