You can email us with any support related issues. We will give tips to help install but most general issues can be solved by using the resources on the back of your business card with the QR CODE. As the products on this site are designed by other 2A members, they are not garunteed in any way. No specific warranties are given and everything is sold as is. No, we dont offer refunds because you changed your mind or your gunsmith cant figure out how to install. We work to exchange things that are found defective but do not warranty change of heart or you damaging parts via installation errors.
